2011 American Gold Eagle Bullion Coin

Available January 3, this year’s Gold Eagle bullion coin continues the popular program. The US Mint offered the one ounce version initially, followed by the fractional weight coins a few months later. Sales have been a bit slower than the prior year, even as the price of gold continues to set new all time highs. The 2011 Proof Gold Eagle will be available April 21.
