2007 American Gold Buffalo Obverse

The second year of issue for the American Gold Buffalo coin. Following the elevated level of demand for the inaugural year of the series, the 2007 American Gold Buffalo had a much lower mintage. Compared to more than 300,000 coins sold in 2006, there were 136,503 coins sold to precious metals investors. Proof versions of the coin were also produced for collectors.
