2006 American Silver Eagle

The United States Mint reached the twentieth year of the American Silver Eagle series. The one ounce silver bullion coins had become prized and popular with both precious metals investors and coin collectors. The 2006 Silver Eagle had a mintage above 10 million, as the price of silver continued to drive new interest.
