The final year of the Susan B. Anthony Dollars. After an unusual gap of eighteen years, one final year of production took place before the subsequent golden dollars would be introduced. The portrait of Susan B. Anthony was designed by Frank Gasparro. Coins were struck in 1979, 1980, 1981, and 1999.
