This is the reverse design of the 1989 Congress Silver Dollar, which features the Mace of the House of Representatives. From a whopping maximum authorized mintage of 10 million coins, this issue had 762,198 proofs and 135,203 uncirculated coins. This is one of the higher modern commemorative coin mintages of the series.
